If your photo was taken at a high resolution you will need to reduce the size in a photo editor so that it is no more then 850 to 650 pixels. If you do not have one you can download one from the web. I use Picasa 3 it is free and has an export feature. After installing the program and downloading your photos select the photo you want to use and click on export feature. In the export box select the resize future. Reduce your photo to 800 pixels and store it in a folder where you can find it so that you can load it into your add.
